农地流转中耕地用途变化的实证研究—以重庆市忠县为例

摘要： 近年来，农地流转引起耕地的用途发生变化。本文以重庆市忠县为例，利用“RS”和“GIS”技术，结合实际调研资料和一元线性回归模型分析了流转耕地的用途变化的数量特点、空间差异以及耕地流转率对耕地用途变化率的关系。研究表明：农地流转率与耕地用途率呈正相关，相关系数达0.993。流转耕地的用途变化趋势主要是耕地变为建设用地、耕地变为园地等其他农地、种粮田变为非种粮田，流转耕地总的用途变化率达69.13%。初步了解土地利用比较效益是推动流转耕地用途变化的重要因素。

Abstract: In recent years,the circulation of rural land will rise to change the cultivate land use. This article based on the actual investigation， Using "RS" and "GIS" technology， combined with a linear regression model analysis of the circulation of cultivated land use changes in the number of features， the difference in space and the relation of the rate of Circulation of cultivated land and the rate of cultivated land use changes. Research shows that: the Correlation with the rate of cultivated land and the rate of cultivate land use changes is 0.993.Circulation of cultivated land use change rate is 69.13%.That were changed for non-agricultural land and other agricultural land,some change for non- cultivated.
