盐胁迫下不同棉花品种叶片细胞结构的变化

Leaf Cell Structure of Different Cotton Varieties under Salt-stress Condition

摘要: 以耐盐品种枝棉3号和盐敏感品种鲁棉6号为材料,利用石蜡包埋切片法,分析盐胁迫下叶片细胞结构的变化。结果表明,0.1%NaCl浓度下,枝棉3号叶片细胞结构表现正常,鲁棉6号韧皮部组织受损较重;0.2%NaCl浓度下,两品种叶片细胞韧皮部的筛管均受损严重,且鲁棉3号比枝棉6号受损严重;0.5%NaCl浓度下,鲁棉6号木质部的导管也受损,枝棉3号木质部组织受损较轻。

Abstract: Salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties were used to observe leaf cell structure under salt-stress condition. Cell structure of Zhimian 3 was normal and phloem of Lumian 6 was injured seriously under 0.1% NaCl. Phloem of two varieties was injured seriously under 0.2% NaCl. Xylem of Lumian 6 was also injured seriously and that of Zhimian 3 was injured slightly under 0.5% NaCl.
