摘要:

线粒体与细胞凋亡有着密切的关系。细胞凋亡过程中线粒体释放膜间隙中与凋亡相关的活性物质,如细胞色素C、A IF、Smac/D IABLO等, 促进活性氧的产生,线粒体上MPTP孔道的开放,削弱了线粒体膜两侧的质子梯度,导致ATP合成下降;释放的活性物质激活Caspase,引起细胞凋亡。

Abstract:

Mitochondrion has close relationship with apoptosis. Some active substances, such as Cytochrome C, A IF, Smac /D IABLO are released from mitochondrion, intermembrane space and the MPTP channel of mitochondrion is opened. And promote the generation of reactive oxygen species.Then the electrochemical proton gradient between the outside and the inside membrane of mitochondrion is weakened,which results in decline of the synthesis of ATP and active substances mentioned above active caspase. So apoptosis is induced.
