低氮胁迫下氮高效茄子品种筛选

Screening of Eggplant Nitrogen Efficiency for Tolerance to Low Nitrogen Stress

摘要:

探讨茄子不同品种耐低氮能力的差异,为耐低氮茄子品种的筛选及遗传改良提供理论依据。笔者在正常供氮和低氮胁迫条件下,研究了4个茄子品种的茎粗、叶面积、株高、干重和根冠比等生长指标以及氮素吸收效率的变化。结果显示:与正常供氮相比,低氮胁迫条件下,供试品种的茎粗、叶面积、株高、干重、根冠比和氮素吸收效率大多呈下降趋势,但不同品种下降幅度存在明显差异。低氮胁迫条件下,‘快圆茄’的株高、叶面积、地上部干重和氮素吸收效率减少的幅度均最低,‘改良二苠茄’的茎粗、根冠比和地下部干重相对指数最大,‘超紫亮光’的各项指标相对指数最小,‘黑茄王’各项指标的相对指数居中。‘快圆茄’和‘改良二苠茄’属于氮高效品种,而‘超紫亮光’的耐低氮能力最差。

Abstract:

To explore different varieties, low resistance eggplant nitrogen ability of the differences, for nitrogen eggplant variety of low resistance to screen and genetic improvement to provide the theory basis. Four different eggplants varieties used to study their response to low nitrogen stress by comparing their stem diameter, leaf area, plant high, dry weight, root-shoot ratio, N uptake efficiency under normal nitrogen and low nitrogen stress. The results showed that compared with the normal nitrogen supply, mostly varieties of eggplants under low nitrogen supply were decreased in stem diameter, leaf area, plant high, dry weight, root-shoot ratio and N uptake efficiency. But the response of different varieties varied greatly. Under low nitrogen stress, ‘Kuai Yuanqie’ plant height, leaf area, dry weight and N uptake efficiency reduced scope were the lowest, ‘Gai Liangerminqie’ stem diameter, root-shoot ratio and underground part dry weight relative index was the largest, ‘Chao Zhiliangguang’ indicators relative index minimum, ‘Hei Qiewang’ indicators relative index center, ‘Kuai Yuanqie’ and ‘Gai Liangerminqie’ with high nitrogen use efficiency, and ‘Chao Zhiliangguang’ of low nitrogen tolerance for the worst.
