摘要：

由韧皮部难培养细菌（Candidatus Liberibacter spp.）引起的柑橘黄龙病是一种毁灭性柑橘病害。主要综述了柑橘黄龙病菌的特性及种内分化新进展，病害的潜育期、时空动态及病害循环等田间发生特点，并从寄主植物、传播介体、生存条件等角度对影响病害流行的因素等进行了分析。

关键词: 葡萄“5BB”品种, 葡萄“5BB”品种, SRAP, 正交设计, 优化

Abstract:

Huanglongbing (HLB) is a highly destructive disease to citrus industry. The pathogen, Candidatus Liberibacter spp., is hardly cultured in vitro. This review focused on the latest research progress of pathogen characteristics and intraspecific differentiations, occurrence features in the field such as incubation period, spatial-temporal dynamics, and disease cycle. Then the epidemic factors mainly in terms of host plants, vector and survival condition were discussed.
