水分胁迫对花叶络石光合和荧光参数的影响

摘要:

为了明确水分胁迫对花叶络石的影响,用土壤中梯度水分处理方法对它进行了研究。结果表明,水淹51天后花叶络石生长受到严重胁迫,表现为Fo值增加,Fv/Fm、Fv'/Fm'、ETR、qP和净光合速率降低;干旱胁迫和中度干旱胁迫严重抑制植株的生长,干旱处理24天后植株死亡,中度干旱胁迫处理38天后死亡,表现为Fo值上升,Fv'/Fm'、Fv/Fm、ETR、qP和光合速率下降。干旱处理对植株影响最显著,24天后植株死亡,中度干旱胁迫处理38天后严重抑制植株的生长至死亡。

Abstract:

The effect of water stress on the Trachelospermum jasminoides was tested by the method of gradient of water in soil. The results showed that flooding suppressed the growth of plants after treated for 51 days, which was embodied in the decreasing of Fv/Fm, Fv'/Fm', ETR, qP and net photosynthetic rate, while the change of Fo was increased. The drought stress and the moderate stress suppressed the growth of plants, which were embodied in the increasing of Fo, the decreasing of Fv/Fm, Fv'/Fm', ETR, qP, net photosynthetic rate. The plants of the drought stress were dead after treated for 24 days and the plants of the moderate stress were dead after treated for 38 days.
