葡萄砧木抗寒性的鉴定与综合评价

Cold Resistance Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of Grape Rootstocks

摘要: 选择10个葡萄砧木品种的1年生枝条为试材,分别在-10℃、-15℃、-20℃、-25℃、-30℃、- 35℃下进行低温胁迫处理,未处理沙藏的枝条为对照,测定其萌芽率、生根率、电导率、褐变指数、自由水束缚水含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、淀粉含量等生理指标,并通过电导率结合Logistic方程计算出10个葡萄砧木品种的半致死温度,同时利用主成分分析和聚类分析对葡萄砧木的各指标进行综合评价。研究结果表明,通过主成分分析法和半致死温度的计算,对供试品种的抗寒性进行了综合评价,得出10个供试葡萄砧木品种抗寒性强弱顺序为‘贝达’>‘101-14’>‘山河1号’>‘5A’>‘5BB’>‘188-08’>‘山河3号’>‘5C’>‘SO4’>‘8B’。

Abstract: With ten grape rootstocks cuttings as materials, the physiologicals and biochemical indicators, like germination rate, rooting rate, relative conductivity, index of brown,relative water content, malondialdehyde, free proline, starch were measured after the cuttings were treated with -10℃, -15℃, -20℃, -25℃, -30℃, -35℃, and untreated cutting as control. The semi-lethal temperature of grapevine rootstocks was calculated with the relative conductivity by the Logistic equation. The data was treated by cluster analysis, correlation analysis and principal component analysis for their comprehensive evaluation of cold tolerance. Through the evaluation of principal component analysis and semi-lethal temperature, the cold resistance of ten grape rootstock was‘Beta’>‘101-14’> V. amurensis×V. riparia‘No.1’>‘Teleki 5A’>‘Teleki 5BB’>‘188-08’> V. amurensis×V. riparia‘No.3’>‘Teleki 5C’>‘Selection Oppenheim No.4’>‘Teleki 8B’.
