不同处理方式对‘蜜光’葡萄生长的影响

Effects of Different Treatments on the Growth of ‘Miguang’ Grape

摘要:

为了提高葡萄生长的速度,开展了不同处理方式的试验研究。以1年生‘蜜光’葡萄苗为供试材料,通过田间试验研究5个处理方式(CK:清水喷施;处理A:绿地康3号不同浓度喷施不同次数;处理B:维大力不同浓度喷施不同次数;处理C:阿泰灵不同浓度喷施不同次数;处理D:寡雄腐霉菌-多利维生不同浓度喷施不同次数)对‘蜜光’葡萄生长情况及霜霉病染病率的影响。结果表明:采用不同方式对‘蜜光’葡萄进行喷施,其生长速度显著提高,且效果不同,其中采用0.1%阿泰灵喷施2次效果最佳,选用0.2%绿地康3号喷施2次、0.1%维大力喷施2次和0.1%寡雄腐霉菌-多利维生喷施2次效果相近;采用0.2%绿地康3号喷施2次、0.1%维大力喷施2次、0.1%阿泰灵喷施2次、0.1%寡雄腐霉菌-多利维生喷施2次均能显著降低‘蜜光’葡萄霜霉病染病率,显著提高‘蜜光’葡萄株高、枝条成熟长度和枝条直径。试验表明在‘蜜光’葡萄栽培中单独应用绿地康3号、维大力、阿泰灵、寡雄腐霉菌-多利维生,对葡萄生长及霜霉病防治效果均较为显著。本试验结合葡萄植株生长情况和对霜霉病防治效果,确定可行性方案,以期为张家口地区葡萄产业的发展提供指导。

Abstract:

To improve the growth rate of grape, experimental studies on one-year-old seedlings of ‘Miguang’ grape were carried out. We took five different treatments to observe the influence on the growth rate of the seedlings and the downy mildew infection of ‘Miguang’ grape. The five treatments were as follows: CK, sprayed with water; treatment A, sprayed with No.3 Lyudikang of different concentrations for different times; treatment B, sprayed with VDAL of different concentrations for different times; treatment C, sprayed with ATailing of different concentrations for different times; treatment D, sprayed with Pythium oligandrum dolliverson of different concentrations for different times. The results showed that the growth rate of ‘Miguang’ grape was significantly improved by different spraying treatments with different effects. The best effect was obtained by spraying twice with 0.1% concentration of ATailing. The effects of spraying twice separately with 0.2% concentration of No. 3 Lyudikang, 0.1% concentration of VDAL and with 0.1% concentration of Pythium oligandum dolliverson had almost the same effect. The results also proved that all treatments could significantly reduce the downy mildew infection rate and significantly increase the height of the plant and the length and diameter of the branch of ‘Miguang’ grape under spraying twice with 0.2% concentration of No. 3 Lyudikang and 0.1% concentration of VDAL and 0.1% concentration of ATailing and 0.1% concentration of Pythium oligandum dolliverson separately. In conclusion, the application of No. 3 Lyudikang, VDAL, ATailing and Pythium oligandrum dolliverson alone have significant effects on grape growth and downy mildew control in ‘Miguang’ grape cultivation, the study could provide a feasible plan for the development of grape industry in Zhangjiakou.
