一株拮抗辣椒炭疽病菌的放线菌筛选及鉴定

Isolation, Identification of Capsici Antagonistic Actinomycete Strain of Colletotrichum capsici

摘要: 辣椒炭疽病是辣椒生产的主要危害之一,为了更好地防治辣椒炭疽病,采用土壤稀释法从云南等地土壤中分离得到100多株菌放线菌。采用平板对峙实验以及抑菌谱检测,筛选对辣椒炭疽病菌具有较好的拮抗作用的放线菌。结果表明:分离得到的100多株放线菌中,有10株放线菌的发酵液对辣椒炭疽病菌有较强的拮抗作用,其中以18号菌株抑菌效果最好,发酵液稀释10倍抑菌率达到68.2%。通过培养形态特征、生理生化特征,以及16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定该放线菌为华丽黄链霉菌(Streptomyces flaveus),其16S rDNA在GenBank的注册号为JX293177。

Abstract: An actinomycetes strain 18 was isolated from soil of Yunnan Province which can inhibit growth of Colletotrichum capsici. 10 strains were acquired, among which NO. 18 had strongest inhibition activities reached 68.2%. Analysis of 16S rDNA showed the strain was relatsed to Streptomyces flaveus which the similarity reached to 99.9%. Based on the strain was classified to Streptomyces their morphology and physiological and biochemical characteristics, the Streptomyces strain should be nomenclatured as Streptomyces flaveus. The 16s rDNA in GenBank registration number was JX293177.
