不同有机肥处理对荚果蕨幼苗生长及光合特性的影响

The Influence of Different Organic manure Treatment on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristic of Matteuccia Seedlings

摘要: 在人工控制水量(最适宜荚果蕨幼苗生长)条件下,对荚果蕨幼苗实施不同有机肥施肥处理,研究荚果蕨幼苗对不同有机肥、不同梯度肥量处理的反应机制及光合特性变化特征,旨在为荚果蕨大面积引种栽培推广进一步提供理论依据。结果表明:腐熟猪粪肥(Ta组)、腐熟牛粪肥(Tb组)、腐熟鸡粪肥(Tc组)对荚果蕨幼苗生长的影响差异显著,肥效大小规律表现为:Ta组> Tb组> Tc组,但不同施肥量梯度之间无明显规律; Ta组、Tb组、Tc组对荚果蕨幼苗地上部分生物量积累有明显促进作用,肥效大小规律表现为:Ta组> Tb组> Tc组>CK,且不同梯度施肥量间影响差异显著:三种腐熟有机肥均在2000 kg?hm-2的施用量上对荚果蕨地上部分生物量积累的有利影响达到峰值,以地上部分干重为例:Ta4、Tb4、Tc4分别比CK组高出140.27%、84.16%和45.80%,同时测得的光合特性与生物量积累(尤其是荚果蕨地上部分干重)之间表现出极显著相关。

Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for large area cultivation of Matteuccia, the different organic manure treatment experiment was conducted in the artificial control of water ( the most suitable Matteuccia seedling growth) conditions, study on Matteuccia seedlings to different organic manure, different gradient fertilizer treatment reaction mechanisms and the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of Matteuccia.The results showed that the growth of Matteuccia seedlings were affected by the three different sources of organic manure,the effect of manure sort order is Composting of pig manure(Ta)> Composting of cow manure(Tb)> Composting of chicken manure(Tc),but there had no significant trend between the different manure amount.The biomass accumulation of Matteuccia aboveground part was affected by the three different sources of organic manure,the effect of manure sort order is Ta> Tb> Tc>CK, and there had significant trend between the different manure amount.For different applying organic manure,when the application of organic manure was 2000 kg?hm-2, the biomass of Matteuccia aboveground part layer was the highest. Compared with the CK, the aboveground dry weight were increased by 140.27%, 84.16%, and 45.80%,meantime the results showed that extremely significant correlation between Photosynthetic characteristics and biomass accumulation (Especially in Matteuccia above-ground dry weight).
