中国花生全程机械化发展状况及其在新疆的应用

摘要: 为了提高新疆花生全程机械化生产水平,促进花生产业的进一步发展和壮大。回顾和总结了国 外花生机械化收获的发展状况,从中归纳出国外发展花生机械化生产的主要经验,同时分析中国花生种 植概况与生产特点、全程机械化生产发展现状和当前存在的主要问题。提出了新疆花生全程机械化发 展对策和建议,并对发展前景进行展望,最后整理介绍了新疆天鹰生物科技有限公司在新疆率先实现花 生种植全程机械化的成功范例。新疆是中国西部花生单产最高的地区,通过农艺技术和机械化生产技 术紧密结合,从花生新品种(系)培育、推广标准化和规模化的田间栽培管理技术、建设(成)绿色有机花 生原料生产基地、形成南北疆花生种植产业带、研制或引进适用的花生播种与收获机械、培育一批以花 生深加工为主的大型龙头企业等方面努力,必将推动新疆花生全程机械化的快速发展。

Abstract: In order to rise the peanut’s whole course mechanization production level in Xinjiang and promote furtherly the development of peanut industry. This paper reviews the situation of developing mechanical harvest for peanut in foreign countries and summarizes their main experience of mechanization production, meanwhile, the peanut’s general planting situation, production trait, developing status of whole course mechanization and existing problems at present in our country were analyzed. The developmental countermeasures and proposals of peanut’s whole course mechanization in Xinjiang were finally put forward in this article and the developmental prospect was envisaged. Lastly, the successful example of peanut’s whole course mechanization in Xinjiang was introduced and Xinjiang Tianying biological science and technology limited corporation achieved firstly peanut’s whole course mechanization in Xinjiang. Per-hectare yield of peanut in Xinjiang was highest in west region of China. By the firm combination of agricultural technology and mechanical production technology, it should will promote the development of peanut’s whole course mechanization in Xinjiang if we endeavor from follows, such as breeding new peanut cultivates (lines), extending peanut’s plant technology of standardization and large-scale field management technology, founding a base of green and organic peanut production, forming a peanut growth area on a large scale in south and north region of Xinjiang, manufacturing or introducing the peanut sower and harvester that are suitable for Xinjiang condition, and developing some of large enterprises which they are main of peanut processing deeply.
