施肥和覆膜对喜马拉雅紫茉莉(Mirabilis himalaica)根部表型特征的影响

摘要: 为研究不同施肥水平及覆膜对喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部特征的影响,以便解决喜马拉雅紫茉莉的优质高产栽培技术,以喜马拉雅紫茉莉为试验材料,采用2因素有重复随机区组设计,研究结果表明,当栽培处理为A2B2,喜马拉雅紫茉莉的根鲜重、根长、根茎粗达最大,分别为39.3 g/株,20.2 cm/株,1.8 cm/株。2种处理对喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部特征的影响差异均未达到显著水平,但是对根鲜重来说,覆膜方式对其影响相对较大;对根茎粗、根长来说,施肥水平对其影响相对较大。

Abstract: The experimental material is Mirabilis himalaica, the experiment adopted repeated randomized block design, effects of different fertilizer levels and coating were studied on Mirabilis himalaica roots. The results were presented as follows: when the best deal with of cultivation was A2B2,the fresh weight of Mirabilis himalaica′ roots was 39.3g/strain, the root length was 20.2cm/strain, the rhizome crude was 1.8cm/strain; when optimal treatment of cultivation was A2B1. Two treatments did not reach a significant level on Mirabilis himalaica′ roots, to the fresh weight and moisture content of root, coating types had a relatively large influence; For the rhizome crude and root length, the impact of fertilizer levels was larger.
