摘要： 目前，两岸经贸关系的改善和逐步制度化为两岸农业扩大合作空间带来了新的契机。其中，农民组织建设将是未来两岸农业合作的重要领域之一，以农会为主要形式的台湾农民合作组织在性质、发展历程、功能和运行模式方面都与大陆的农民合作组织有较大的不同，通过对二者的比较，分析了台湾农民合作组织的发展经验对大陆的借鉴和启示，主要包括农民合作组织的性质、组织成员的利益、政府角色的扮演以及组织的稳定性和有效性等几个方面。

Abstract: Nowadays, new chances are emerging for Taiwan and Mainland to enlarge cooperation space because of improvement and institutionalization of economy and trade relations across the Taiwan Straits. Among which, peasants organization development will be one of the most important fields of agricultural cooperation across the Taiwan Straits, Farmers association is the main form of peasants cooperation organization in Taiwan, which is much different from that in Mainland in properties, development history, function and operational mode, by their comparison, reference and revelation of development experience of peasants cooperation organization for Mainland were analyzed.
