紫甘薯组织培养快繁技术研究

Study on Technology of Rapid Propagation in Tissue Culture of Purple Sweet Potato

摘要: 将紫甘薯的茎段或茎尖作为外植体,培养在添加各种激素配比的培养基上,研究紫甘薯组培快繁影响因素,筛选培养所需最佳初代、增殖和生根的培养基及培养条件。结果表明:在外植体分化时的初代培养基MS+BA 2.0 mg/L,增殖培养基最佳配方为MS+ BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.1~0.2 mg/L,适合生根的培养基为1/2MS+ NAA 0.1 mg/L+ IAA 0.1 mg/L。

Abstract: The use of sweet potato stem segments or shoot tips of purple as explants were cultured in medium proportions of various hormones, studying influencing factors of tissue culture of purple sweet potato, screening medium and culture conditions for training required for the best first generation, proliferation and rooting of. The results showed that: when the explant differentiation initial medium is MS+BA2.0mg/L (same unit as below), the best formula proliferation medium is MS+BA1.0+ NAA0.1-0.2, suitable rooting medium is 1/2MS+NAA0.1+IAA0.1.
