喜树水培体系中喜树碱、羟基喜树碱及其他组分的初步鉴定

Identification of Camptothecin, Hydroxycamptothecin and Other Components in Camptotheca acuminata Hydroponic System

摘要: 为初步建立喜树水培体系并确定从其根系分泌物中提取喜树碱和羟基喜树碱的可行性,以喜树为研究对象,采集喜树幼苗,进行无土水培。利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和气质联用(GC-MS)技术鉴定分析根系泌物中的喜树碱、羟基喜树碱以及其他成分。结果表明,喜树在水培体系中能够正常生长,根系发达,根系分泌物中存在一定含量的喜树碱、羟基喜树碱以及邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等化感物质。

Abstract: This study aimed to establish a Camptotheca acuminata hydroponic system and confirm the possibility of extracting camptothecin through root exudates. The study was based on Camptotheca acuminata through picking acuminata seedlings and under soilless hydroponic. Camptothecin, hydroxycamptothecin and other root exudate were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatographmassspectrometer-computer (GC-MC). The result showed that Camptotheca acuminata root exudates presented in a certain content of camptothecin and hydroxycamptothecin, and allelochemicals such as dibutyl phthalate.
