水淹对濒危植物疏花水柏枝生长及恢复生长的影响

The Effects of Submergence and Waterlogging on Growth and Regrowth of Endangered Species Myricaria laxiflora

摘要: 探索短期水淹对疏花水柏枝扦插苗生长及恢复生长的影响。在实验室模拟条件下,将疏花水柏枝扦插苗全淹或半淹20天,并出水恢复20天,分析形态和生理指标的变化特征。水淹处理20天后,全淹植株一级枝长增量和二级枝数增量显著低于对照。出水恢复20天后,全淹植株一级和二级枝数增量与对照无显著差异,但一级枝长增量显著高于对照。水淹和出水恢复结束时,全淹植株一级枝长和枝数增量以及二级枝数增量与对照均无显著差异;水淹结束时,全淹植株总叶绿素含量以及根系可溶性糖和淀粉含量显著低于对照,但经20天恢复后,均与对照无显著差异。半淹植株除根系可溶性糖含量在水淹结束时显著高于对照之外,均在水淹和出水恢复结束时与对照无显著性差异。全淹限制了疏花水柏枝植株地上部形态生长以及叶绿素和碳水化合物的积累,出水后能迅速恢复。半淹对植株的生长和恢复生长影响均不显著。

Abstract: The study aims to explore the effects of short- term flooding (including submergence and waterlogging) on the growth and regrowth of Myricaria laxiflora. Under the simulated condition in laboratory, the cutting seedlings were submerged or waterlogged for 20 days, and then were emerged for 20 days’regrowth, to analyze the morphological and physiological characteristics. The results showed that: (1) After flooding 20 d, the increment of the primary branch length and secondary branch number of submergence plant were significantly lower than CK. There were no significant difference of the increment of the primary and secondary branch number between submergence plant and CK. However, the increment of the primary branch length of submergence plant was higher than CK after regrowth 20 d. At the end of flooding and regrowing, there was no significant difference of the increment of the primary branch length and number and secondary branch number between waterlogging plant and CK. (2) At the end of flooding, the contents of total chlorophyll, root soluble sugar and root starch of submergence plant were significantly lower than CK, but there was no significant difference of them after regrowth 20 d. At the end of flooding and regrowth, there was no significant difference of all morphyological and physiological indicators between waterlogging plant and CK, except for the fact that the root soluble sugar content was significant higher than CK at the end of flooding. The conclusions demonstrated that submergence inhibited the growth of aboveground and the accumulation of chlorophyll and root carbohydrate, and the quick regrowth and re-accumulation were appeared after plant’s being emerged, while waterlogging showed no significant effect on the growth and recovery of the plant.
