GA3与IAA对‘银杏叶’黄瓜突变体生长的影响

Effect of GA3 and IAA on Plant Growth of‘Ginko leafed’Mutation of Cucumber

摘要: 为探索‘银杏叶’黄瓜突变体株高性状对外源激素的敏感性以及其内源激素含量,从而确定该突变体属于哪种激素缺陷型。以突变体和普通黄瓜为材料,用不同浓度的GA3、IAA处理突变体,比较分析突变体株高和节间长度的变化,同时测定突变体和普通黄瓜的内源激素含量。不同浓度的外源激素处理后不能使突变体的株高和节间长度恢复到普通黄瓜,突变体中GA3含量显著高于普通黄瓜,表明突变体可能是GA3不敏感型突变体。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to research the sensibility of the exogenous hormones to the plant height characters and the content of endogenous hormones of‘Ginko leafed’mutation of cucumber, and determine which kind of hormone deficiency belonged to. The mutation and the normal cucumber were used as materials, and the mutation was treated with different contents of exogenous GA3, IAA. The changes of plant height and internode length of the cucumber were analyzed. Meanwhile, the content of endogenous hormones of cucumbers was determined. The plant height and internode length of the mutation with different treatments were significantly different compared with the normal cucumber. And the content of GA3 of the mutation was significantly higher than that of the normal cucumber. The results showed that the‘Ginko leafed’mutation of cucumber maybe a gibberellin insensitive mutation.
