花生耐盐性鉴定研究进展

Research Advances on Salt Tolerance Identification of Peanut

摘要: 为了进一步明确花生耐盐性的鉴定指标,提高花生耐盐种质的筛选效率,尽快培育出耐盐花生新品种,笔者从盐胁迫对花生生长发育和生理生化指标的影响、花生耐盐性鉴定方法与评价指标和优异耐盐种质筛选3个方面总结了花生耐盐性的研究进展。指出目前采用的鉴定指标和评价方法对花生耐盐性判断不够全面、准确,就未来花生耐盐性鉴定的研究方向给出建议,提出尽快建立花生耐盐评价体系的重要性,强调应同时兼顾筛选种质的耐盐性和耐碱性,保证筛选的种质材料具有广泛的大田适应性。

Abstract: In order to make further clarifications of salt tolerance indexes of peanut and improve screening efficiency of salt-tolerant germplasm, thus facilitate the development of new salt-tolerant peanut varieties, the author summarized the research progress of salt tolerance of peanut from three aspects: (1) the impact of salt stress on plant growth and physiological and biochemical indexes; (2) the identification methods and evaluation indexes in salt tolerance; (3) the screening of excellent salt-tolerant germplasm. By pointing out that current identification indexes and evaluation methods used in determining the salt tolerance of peanut were not comprehensive or accurate enough, in this paper, we proposed feasible suggestions regarding aforementioned limitations for the future research, and stated the importance of the establishment of salt tolerance evaluation system. In consideration of wide field adaptability of selected germplasm, resistances to both salt and alkali were also included in this paper for its respective importance.
