纳米硒植物营养剂对蒙古黄芪产量及品质的影响

Effects of Nano-selenium Plant Nutrients on Yield and Quality of the Astragalus membranaceus

摘要: 为了掌握微量元素硒对黄芪的生长发育及产量品质的影响,以纳米硒植物营养剂为试验材料,经过连续2年的跟踪试验,比较研究了不同施用量对移栽蒙古黄芪地上地下生长指标、产量及关键品质指标的影响。结果表明,用量在225 kg/hm2及以下的纳米硒植物营养剂对蒙古黄芪的地上地下生长指标有较好的促进作用,可显著提高黄芪的根产量,提升其品质。最佳产量达14588.89 kg/hm2,较对照增产16.30%,且与对照处理成极显著差异水平。黄芪甲苷含量最大值达0.143%,较对照处理的0.097%高出47.4%。浸出物含量达40%以上,较对照高出3~5个百分点。综合来看,适量合理的硒肥施用,可促进蒙古黄芪的植株生长,提高其产量,改善其品质。

Abstract: Using nano- selenium plant nutrients as test material, the authors studied the effect of different application amount of nano- selenium plant nutrients on the under- ground and above- ground parts growth, quality and yield of Astragalus membranaceus after two years tracking test. The results showed that plant nutrients of nano-selenium below 225 kg/hm2 had promoting effect on the under-ground and above-ground parts growth, yield and quality of Astragalus membranaceus. The optimized yield was 14588.89 kg/hm2, which was 16.30% higher than that of the control, with very significant difference. The maximum astragaloside IV content was 0.143%, with 47.4% over the control (0.097%). The maximum extracts contents were over 40%, 3%-5% higher than CK. In general, proper amount of selenium fertilizer could promote growth, increase the yield and improve the quality of Astragalus membranaceus.
