Research on the Ecosystem Services Value Based on the Land Use Change of Xi’an

摘要: 为了研究西安市土地利用变化的环境效应,为区域合理制定土地利用规划、实现土地资源利用优化配置提供依据。以西安市1999—2009年土地利用变更数据为基础,采用中国陆地生态系统单位面积服务价值标准及Costanza生态系统服务价值计算方法,研究了西安市1999—2009年11年间土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响。研究表明,西安市1999—2009年间生态系统服务价值从189.45亿元增加到208.49亿元,生态系统服务价值上升了19.04亿元,价值变化率为10.05%,表明西安市土地利用环境整体趋于良性发展。其中,林地生态系统服务价值增加显著,1999年为12503.62×106元,2009年达到15246.18×106元;耕地和水域生态系统的服务价值减少较快,牧草地和未利用地的生态服务价值略有减少。

Abstract: In order to provide basis for establishing reasonable regional land use plan and achieving optimal allocation of land resource use, the author studied the environmental effects of land use change in Xi’an City. The author researched the influence of land use change on ecosystem service value in 1999-2009 in Xi’an based on land use change data of Xi’an in 1999-2009, unit service value standard of terrestrial ecosystem in China, and Costanza calculation method of ecosystem service value. The research showed that ecosystem service value of Xi’an in 1999-2009 increased from 18.945 billion Yuan to 20.849 billion Yuan. The increased 1.904 billion Yuan of ecosystem service value and 10.05% of value change rate showed that land utilization environment in Xi’an was under benign development generally. Of which, ecosystem service value of forest lands increased greatly from 12503.62×106 Yuan in 1999 to 15246.18×106 Yuan in 2009; ecosystem service value of cultivated lands and water areas reduced rapidly, and that of grassplots and under-utilized lands reduced slightly.
