新选甜高粱品系的抗倒伏鉴定评价及相关分析

Evaluation and Correlation Analysis of Lodging Resistance on the New Sweet Sorghum Lines

摘要: 为了对甜高粱的抗倒伏性进行深入的研究,通过对66份甜高粱品系进行详细的调查研究,并采用聚类分析,遗传多样性分析以及因子分析对甜高粱的抗倒伏进行鉴定评价。结果表明,这些材料具有较大差异和丰富的遗传多样性,但从聚类分析来看,在遗传距离1.955处66份材料被分为7大类群,大部分材料都集中在第2类群中。根据农艺性状的相关分析表明茎粗和重心高度比例是选择甜高粱的2个主要性状。根据能源用甜高粱的评价标准:茎秆榨汁率≥45%,茎秆汁液混合锤度(Bx)≥15%。茎粗≥1.90 cm,重心高度比例≤0.445,抗倒伏性分级≤6,‘7050B×8000杂-1B’综合表现最好,可在生产和育种中加以利用

Abstract: In order for the lodging of sweet sorghum -depth study, 66 sweet sorghum strains were investigated and studied in this paper, and the identification and evaluation of sweet sorghum lodging was conducted by using cluster analysis, factor analysis and analysis of genetic diversity. The results showed that, the strains had significant differences and abundant genetic diversities. Clustering analysis showed that, strains were divided into seven groups in the genetic distance of 1.955, most of the strains were concentrated in the second group. Correlation analysis of agronomic characters showed that, stem diameter and center of gravity height ratio were main characters of sweet sorghum. According to the evaluation standard of energy using sweet sorghum: stem juice rate was 45% or higher, stem SAP mixed hammer (Bx) was 15% or higher, stem diameter was 1.90 cm or more, the center of gravity height ratio was 0.445 or less, the lodging resistance grade was 6 or less, ‘7050 B×8000 za-1B’ had the best comprehensive performance, and it could be used in the production and breeding.
