贵州省黔东南州太子参立枯病的病害分析及生防初探

Disease Analysis and Primary Bio-control Study about Damping-off Disease of Radix pseudostellariae in Southeast State of Guizhou Province

摘要: 贵州省黔东南州太子参(Radix pseudostellariae)在每年3月~5月份都会发生严重真菌病害,经实地调查、组织分离和显微鉴定,得到主要致病菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani),其导致的病害为太子参立枯病。同时还在病土中分离纯化得到对太子参种苗有致病能力的病原菌互隔文链孢霉(Alternaria alternata)。生防实验结果表明,芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.) F18菌株对病原菌立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.) 多种菌株对病原菌互隔文链孢霉(Alternaria alternata)的抑菌效果显著。

Abstract: The serious fungi disease of Radix pseudostellariae annually occur in Guizhou Qiandongnan from March to May. The main pathogen was Rhizoctonia solani which was obtained by field investigation, tissue isolation and microscopic identification. It could cause the damping- off disease of Radix pseudostellariae. Alternaria alternate was found in disease soil which had pathogenic ability to seedlings of Radix pseudostellariae. The results of primary bio- control study showed that GH18 strain of Bacillus spp. had significant effect on Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria alternate, respectively.
