Abstract: Abstract: Difficulties in loan is the bottleneck restricting the development of Suihua specialized farmers cooperatives. Based on the survey data Suihua specialized farmers cooperatives, this paper empirically analyzes the factors which effect the loans of Suihua specialized farmers cooperatives, and comes up with corresponding policies and suggestions. The analysis finds the main factors, such as operation ability, intangible assets, silver club, president personal characteristics and the external environment, effect the loans of Suihua specialized farmers cooperatives. Among the factors, operation ability on obtaining cooperatives loan reflects on the fixed assets scale. Intangible assets does not have obvious influence on obtaining cooperatives loan. But silver social relations, president experience and the external environment have impact on obtaining cooperatives loan. Thus, this paper specifically puts forward some policies and suggestions, such as, strengthening the inclining policy and financial support, and the service function of rural financial institutions.
