摘要: 低温伤害是农业生产中经常发生的自然灾害,不仅会严重影响农作物的品质和产量,甚至造成农作物大面积死亡。本研究归纳了国内外有关植物耐寒生理的研究动态及进展,包括低温胁迫对叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、膜系统稳定性、保护酶活性及渗透调节物质含量的影响,并简述了蛋白质组学技术在植物耐寒研究中的应用,提出未来植物耐寒性研究的重点方向,为植物耐寒育种实践提供参考。

Abstract: Low temperature damage is one of the natural disasters occur frequently in agricultural production, it not only affects the quality and yield of crops seriously, but also causes crops death in large areas. In this review, the author summarized the development of physiology research on cold tolerance in plants at home and abroad, including the low temperature stress on the chlorophyll content, MDA content, membrane stability, activities of protective enzyme and the content of osmotic adjustment substances, conducted an overview of proteomics applications to cold tolerance research, and suggested the new directions on future research on cold tolerance. The study could provide new insights into plant breeding against cold stress.
