烤烟立体育苗适宜人工光源筛选研究

Selection of Artificial Light in Flue-cured Tobacco Space Seedling

摘要: 为筛选出适宜烤烟立体育苗生长的人工光源,在全黑实验室条件下对4种人工光源进行了光照环境指标的测试,分析比较了距灯管距离为20、30、40 cm时光照的强度和均匀性;设置4个不同光照条件下烤烟幼苗栽培试验区,对成苗生理生态指标进行了数据统计和分析。结果表明:(1)4种人工光源平均光照强度从大到小排序依次为红蓝LED>全光谱荧光灯>暖白LED>三基色荧光灯;(2)距灯管距离30 cm的光照分布均匀性最好,其次为20、40 cm。(3)栽培试验区采用红蓝LED灯补光,光照强度设置为150 μmol/(m2·s)时,成苗品质最好。研究结果为烤烟立体育苗人工补光配置方案提供理论依据。

Abstract: In order to select the artificial light which is fit to flue-cured tobacco space seedling, the light environment index of 4 different artificial lights were tested in black laboratory, the light intensity and uniformity were analyzed when the distance between light and test sensor was 20, 30 and 40 cm. The author set 4 flue-cured tobacco plant areas with different light intensities, the physiological and ecological indexes were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) the average light intensity order of 4 artificial lights was: red and blue LED > full spectrum fluorescent lamp > warm white LED > three color fluorescent lamp; (2) when the distance between light and test sensor was 30 cm, the light uniformity was the best, followed by 20, 40 cm; (3) the red and blue LED lamp with the light intensity of 150 μmol/(m2·s) in plant area could obtain the best seedling quality. The results could offer theoretical proof for the artificial light scheme in flue-cured tobacco space seedling.
