硒肥对甘肃3种大宗药材品质及硒含量的影响

Effect of Selenium Fertilizer on Quality and Selenium Content
of Three Staple Herb-medicines in Gansu Province

摘要: 探讨硒肥施用对甘肃定西地区人工栽培当归、党参和黄芪3 种大宗药材关键品质指标和硒含量的影响。采用单因素随机区组设计,按照基施硒肥的方法,设置了0(对照)、75、150、225、300 kg/hm2 不同用量处理,分别测定了不同硒肥处理下3 种中药材的关键品质指标值和硒含量。硒肥的施用对当归的挥发油、阿魏酸,黄芪甲苷含量影响最为明显,黄芪甲苷含量最大值为0.138%,较对照增加42.3%,当归挥发油和阿魏酸含量最大值分别为1.0%和0.198%,较对照分别增加94.1%和42.9%。3 种药材施硒处理硒含量均高于对照处理,当归、党参、黄芪硒含量最大值分别达1.26、0.98、0.37 mg/kg。综合来看,硒肥施用量在75~150 kg/hm2之间,将有助于当地栽培当归、党参、黄芪的品质提升和硒含量的提高。

Abstract: The study aims to investigate the effect of selenium fertilizer on main quality index and selenium content of three medicinal herbs: Angelica, Dangshen and Astragalus in Dingxi, Gansu Province. Single factor randomized block design was used, selenium fertilizer was applied as basal fertilizer, and five selenium fertilizer treatments (0 (control group), 75, 150, 225, 300 kg/hm2) were set up. Main quality index and selenium content of the three medicinal herbs were measured under different treatments. The results showed that selenium fertilizer had significant influence on volatile oil and ferulaic acid of Angelica and astragaloside of Astragalus. The maximum astragaloside content was 0.138%, which was 42.3% higher than that of the control; the maximum ferulaic acid and volatile oil content of Angelica were 0.198% and 1.0%, and increased by 94.1% and 42.9%, respectively, compared to the control. Selenium content of the three kinds of traditional Chinese herbals was higher than that of the control under selenium fertilization. The maximum selenium content of Angelica, Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus reached up to 1.26, 0.98 and 0.37 mg/kg, respectively. Comprehensively, selenium fertilizer could improve the quality and selenium content of the three studied medicinal herbs when fertilizer amount was 75-150 kg/hm2.
