植原体病害的传播、流行和防治研究进展

Research Advance on Transmission, Epidemic and Control of Phytoplasmal Disease

摘要: 植原体是一类通过叶蝉、飞虱、木虱和蝽象等韧皮部取食的半翅目昆虫传播的植物病原细菌,能够引起世界范围内1000 多种植物病害。因其经济上的重要性,植原体病害被广泛而深入的研究。本研究归纳了植原体病害的传播和流行研究的最新进展,总结了植原体病害防治的方法和策略,分析了植原体病害的传播过程及其影响因素、植原体—寄主植物—介体昆虫的分子互作、植原体病害流行的要素和影响因素。此外,还指出了当前研究存在的问题,展望了今后植原体病害研究的重点领域。

Abstract: Phytoplasmas are plant pathogenic bacteria which are transmitted through phloem-feeding insects of the order Hemiptera including leafhoppers, planthoppers, psyllids and stink bugs, and can cause more than 1000 plant species diseases around the world. Phytoplasmal diseases have been extensively studied due to their economic importance. This paper reviewed the latest advances on transmission and epidemic of phytoplasmal disease, summarized the approaches and strategies of controlling phytoplasmal disease, analyzed the transmission process and its influencing factors, the molecular mechanism of the three-way interaction between phytoplasmas, plant host and insect vector, epidemiological elements in phytoplasmal disease and its influencing factors. Furthermore, the study pointed out the problems in current researches and prospected future perspectives of phytoplasmal disease.
