Comparative Study on Agricultural Scientific and Technical Innovation Capability of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Based on Patent Analysis

摘要: 为了解京津冀农业技术研究状况、研究实力和发展趋势,采用专利分析的方法,以北京市农林科学院、天津市农业科学院和河北省农林科学院3家省级综合性农业科研机构为对象,对2012—2014年申请到的专利进行数量、IPC 部类、技术发展阶段等方面分析。结果发现:北京市农林科学院专利申请的数量多,研究领域覆盖的范围广,农业技术发展具有明显优势;天津市农业科学院和河北省农林科学院分别拥有相对优势研究领域。在京津冀协同发展的大背景下,提出三地在农业科技创新的过程中实现共性技术强强联合,优势互补的建议。

Abstract: In order to understand the status, strength and development trend of agricultural technology, quantity, IPC category and the stage of technological development of patents were analyzed using patent analysis method based on the data of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences from 2012 to 2014. The results showed that Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences had obvious advantages in terms of patent quantity and research field coverage, Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences had relative advantages in the research field of patent. With the coordinated development of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei region, the authors suggested that the three agricultural scientific research institutions should combine generic technology and make their respective advantages complementary to each other in agricultural science and technology innovation.
