LCO和Th-17对旱作谷子产质量及土壤生物性状的影响

Influence of LCO and Th-17 on Production and Quality of Dry Farming Millet and Soil Biological Characters

摘要: 为了研究结瘤因子(LCO)、苏云金菌素(Th-17)与不同补水量结合对谷子苗期根际土壤性状、产量及籽粒品质的影响,确定LCO、Th-17 浸种结合不同补水量对旱作农业稳产增产的作用。在干旱缺水的条件下,研究不浸种、Th-17 浸种和LCO浸种结合补水0、0.1、0.2 L/穴9 个处理,对谷子土壤性状、产量及籽粒品质的影响。结果显示,谷子产量分别较对照提高22.72%~55.15%、16.64%~50.70%,增产大小依次为:L3>L2>T3>T2>T1>CK3>L1>CK2>CK1。用LCO和Th-17 2 种生长调节剂浸种的处理随产量的增加其籽粒品质指标较对照均出现不同程度降低。LCO和Th-17 浸种结合不同补水量的植株根际土壤微生物生物量碳含量分别较对照提高35.98%~64.8%、18.62%~48.08%;土壤微生物生物量氮含量分别较对照提高17.98%~80.31%、19.44%~42.94%;土壤过氧化氢酶活性分别较对照提高4.82%~10.92%、3.76%~7.84%;土壤蔗糖酶活性分别较对照提高43.10%~51.85%、21.95%~29.82%;土壤脲酶活性分别较对照提高22.51%~33.66%、10.19%~22.68%。研究表明,用LCO和Th-17 2 种生长调节剂浸种结合补水都能有效改善土壤性状,促进植物生长,进而增加作物产量,且LCO 浸种处理增加幅度较Th-17大。

Abstract: The paper aims to study the influence of nodules factor (LCO), thuricin (Th-17) with different filling water amounts on rhizosphere soil properties at seedling stage, and the grain yield and quality of millet, to determine the role of LCO and Th-17 seed treatment in combining with different filling water amounts in agricultural production and yield increase in dry farming. Under the condition of drought, the authors studied the influence of 9 treatments, which were no seed soaking, Th-17 seed soaking and LCO seed soaking in combining with filling water amount of 0 L/hole, 0.1 L/hole and 0.2 L/hole, respectively, on yield and grain quality of millet. The results showed that: the millet yield of LCO and Th-17 treatment increased by 22.72%- 55.15% and 16.64%-50.70%, respectively, compared with that of the control group. The yield increase order was: L3>L2>T3>T2>T1>CK3>L1>CK2>CK1. The quality indexes of grain under LCO and Th-17 seed soaking treatment were lower than that of the control. Compared with those of the control, soil microbial biomass carbon of LCO and Th-17 treatment increased by 35.98%-64.8% and 18.62%-48.08%, respectively; soil microbial biomass nitrogen increased by 17.98%-80.31% and 19.44%-42.94%, respectively; soil catalase activity increased by 4.82%-10.92% and 3.76%-7.84%, respectively; soil invertase activity increased by 43.10%-51.85% and 21.95%-29.82%, respectively; soil urease activity increased by 22.51%-33.66% and 10.19%- 22.68% , respectively. In conclusion, application of LCO and Th- 17 with different filling water amounts could effectively improve the soil properties, promote the growth of plants, and then increase crop yield, and the effect of LCO treatment was greater than that of Th-17 treatment.
