资源树种川黄檗的研究进展

Research Advances on Phellodendron chinense Schneid

摘要: 为了掌握具有高药用价值的资源树种川黄檗的研究现状,综述了国内外近60年关于川黄檗的化学成分分析、有效药用成分含量测定、药用成分影响因素、药用成分提取方法、野外资源分布、栽培及其繁殖技术等方面的研究,发现对于川黄檗的有效药用成分测定、影响因素及其提取方法有了比较深入的了解;关于野生资源分布的研究也比较充分,目前可知川黄檗在泛长江流域都有分布。鉴于川黄檗的广泛应用前景,应加强目前还严重不足的关于栽培和繁殖技术方面的研究,同时在生理生态特征、生活史特征、种群动态、遗传多样性等仍属空白的领域开展研究,以期掌握川黄檗从个体到群落多个尺度的生理、生态规律,更好地实现人工栽培,缓解野生资源的压力。

Abstract: The paper aims to summarize the research status of Phellodendron chinense Schneid, which has high medical value, by means of reviewing nearly 60 years’ relevant researches on chemical content analysis, effective medical ingredient determination, medical ingredient content impact factors, medical ingredient extraction methods, field distribution, cultivation and propagation techniques. Among these researches, effective medical ingredient determination, impact factors and extraction methods have been studied intensively. Much knowledge about the field distribution can be obtained through current literatures which imply that this species distributes in extensive Yangtze River watershed. In the light of the high medical value of Phellodendron chinense Schneid, researches on cultivation and propagation should be emphasized, at the same time, those studies should be launched in future on physiological ecology and life history characters, population dynamics, genetic diversity, etc., so that this species can be understood further from individual to community scale and plants can be cultivated successfully to alleviate wild resources pressure.
