北京市蔬菜生产及其特征分析

Vegetable Production Characteristics in Beijing

摘要: 为保证北京市蔬菜的稳定生产,利用2011—2013年北京市13个区县8大类蔬菜产业的相关数据,对北京市蔬菜生产的品种、技术和区域特征进行定性与定量分析。结果表明叶菜类、茄果类和瓜菜类为蔬菜生产中的核心蔬菜种类,各类蔬菜上市和供应具有强季节性。设施种植的效益明显较高,其中茄果类蔬菜的设施生产比较优势最突出。通州区、大兴区、顺义区、密云县和平谷区具有蔬菜生产综合比较优势。因此,北京市政府应继续出台蔬菜生产扶持政策,包括促进蔬菜品种的研发,蔬菜设施种植向大规模的连栋温室和设施大棚发展,重点推进密云县、平谷区、房山区和昌平区的蔬菜生产发展。

Abstract: To make vegetable production stable in Beijing, data of 8 kinds of vegetables in 13 districts of Beijing from 2011 to 2013 were used to analyze the vegetable varieties and technical and regional characteristics of vegetable production by descriptive and quantitative methods. The results showed that leafy vegetables, solanaceous vegetables and melon vegetables were the dominant varieties, and there were a strong seasonal characteristic in the supplement of local vegetables. Facility cultivation got more benefits, especially for solanaceous vegetables. Tongzhou District, Daxing District, Shunyi District, Miyun County and Pinggu County had comparative advantages in vegetable production. Thus Beijing government should introduce policies supporting vegetable production, such as promoting vegetable seed researching and the transformation from small to large scale, and developing the potential vegetable producing region including Miyun County, Pinggu County, Fangshan District and Changping District.
