盐胁迫下超级稻新品种‘松粳15’发芽特性分析

Germination Characteristics Analysis of New Super Rice ‘Songjing 15’ under Salt Stress

摘要: 为了探讨超级稻新品种‘松粳15’在盐胁迫条件下的种子发芽特性,采用NaCl单盐胁迫,设置50、100、150、200 mmol/L 4个浓度梯度进行人工气候箱培养,调查分析了发芽势、发芽率、苗长、根长、主根数、苗鲜重、根鲜重、苗干重、根干重等发芽指标。结果表明:盐胁迫导致‘松粳15’发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数下降,并且随着盐浓度的升高逐渐降低,苗长和主根数受到抑制,根长随着盐浓度增加呈先增后降的趋势,苗鲜重和苗干重低于对照,根鲜重和根干重高于对照,通过对盐浓度与发芽特性指标相关分析,盐浓度与根鲜重、根干重极显著正相关,与苗长、根数、苗干重、芽势、芽率呈极显著负相关。

Abstract: In order to discuss germination characteristics of new super rice ‘Songjing 15’ under salt stress, the index including germination vigor, germination rate, seedling length, root length, root number, seedling fresh weight, root fresh weight, seedling dry weight, root dry weight were investigated and analyzed, adopting single salt stress 50,100,150,200mmol/L total 4 concentrations culturing in climatic cabinate. The results indicated that: Salt stress lead to decline of germination vigor, germination rate, germination index, vigour index of ‘Songjing 15’, and gradually decrease with the increase of salt concentration, seedling length and main root were inhibited, root length increased and then decreased as the salt concentration increased, seedling fresh weight and seedling dry weight were lower than control, root fresh weight and root dry weight were higher than control,it was significant positive correlation between salt concentration and root fresh weight, root dry weight, and significant negative correlation with seedling length, root number, root dry weight, germination vigor, germination rate by correlation analysis of salt concentration and germination characteristics index.
