Effects of Garden Waste Compost on Tagetes erecta Growth Under Different Conditions

摘要: 有效收集和堆肥园林绿化废弃物可以成为很好的栽培基质,对植物的生长起到促进作用。实验主要研究在不同的物料、菌剂、通风及含水量条件下生产的堆肥产品对万寿菊的生长、开花产生的影响,选出园林废弃物的最佳堆肥条件。结果显示:以施用后万寿菊植株的形态指标综合评价指数最高为标准,猪粪和枯枝落叶的混合物作为堆肥材料,含水量65%,通风时间为10 min/d为最佳堆肥条件。3号菌剂曲霉属真菌Aspergillus sp.生产的堆肥产品最利于万寿菊生长,可作为生产观叶植物栽培基质的添加菌剂,2号菌剂链霉菌属放线菌Streptomyces sp.生产的堆肥产品对促进万寿菊生长、开花作用都很显著,可作为生产观花植物栽培基质的添加菌剂。

Abstract: The effective collection and composting of garden waste can make it a good cultivating substrate and accelerate plant growth at the same time. The aim of this experiment was to study how the garden waste compost products influenced the growth and blooming of Tagetes erecta under the different conditions of matters, microbial inoculums and water contents. The results demonstrated that when using the mixture of pig manure and fallen leaves as the compost substrate, the water content of 65% and the ventilation time of 10 min/d constitute the most appropriate composting condition of the garden waste, under this condition, the highest morphological comprehensive evaluation index of Tagetes erecta plant was obtained regardless of any microbe additive. Therefore, compost with No. 3 microbial inoculum Aspergillus sp. was most beneficial for Tagetes erecta growth, and could be a possible choice for foliage plant cultivation. Compost with No. 2 microbial inoculum Streptomyces sp. benefited not only Tagetes erecta growth but also its flowering, and could be an appropriate additive microbial inoculum for flowering plant cultivation.
