六出花的再生繁殖技术研究

Reproducing Technology of Alstromeria aurantiaca

摘要: 为了提高六出花(Alstromeria aurantiaca)的繁殖效率,以其顶芽和叶片为外植体材料,比较不同实验时间外植体的筛选诱导培养基和生根培养基,进行种子萌发及分株繁殖实验,初步建立六出花分株快繁技术体系。结果表明:顶芽初代培养以MS 6-BA 5.0 mg/L NAA 1.0 mg/L培养基为最佳;生根培养以3/4MS NAA 0.2 mg/L IBA 0.5 mg/L为好;种子发芽实验基质选择以泥炭:沙:蛭石=1:1:1,(22±2)℃左右环境下3周,再放入5℃左右冰箱中处理3周最佳,分株繁殖最适合的基质配方为泥炭土:珍珠岩:蛭石=3:2:1。分株繁殖选取生长健壮、花色鲜艳、无病虫害的植株,分株时的温度应控制在(22±2)℃。

Abstract: In order to improve the propagation efficiency of Alstromeria aurantiaca, the shoot apex and leaf as explant materials were used to compare the explant induction medium and rooting medium in different experiment time, experiments on seed germination and plant division propagation were carried out, and a plant rapid propagation propagation system was established. The results showed that the optimal one is MS 6 - BA 5.0 mg/L 1.0 mg/L NAA for shoot apex original culture medium; Rooting culture is 3/4 ms 0.2 mg/L NAA IBA 0.5 mg/L; The best seed germination matrix is peat: sand: vermiculite = 1:1:1, The ideal growing environment is (22±2) ℃ around 3 weeks, and then the refrigerator around 5 ℃ about 3 weeks; the most appropriate matrix is peat soil: perlite: vermiculite = 3:2:1. Division propagation Plant should select those strong, colorful, no diseases and insect pests, and the temperature should be controlled in (22±2) ℃.
