喷施氯化胆碱对东方百合索蚌种球生产的影响

Effect of Spraying Choline Chloride on Oriental Lily‘Sorbonne’Bulbs Production

摘要: 以东方百合‘索邦’为材料,研究在不同浓度氯化胆碱(CC)喷雾处理影响下,‘索邦’百合的地上部生长、地下部生长及抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:(1)氯化胆碱浓度在250 mg/L 时,地上部(株高、茎叶鲜重、叶长、叶宽、叶厚)、鳞茎鲜重、围径等指标都达到最大;SOD、POD活性达到最高,MDA含量最低;(2)氯化胆碱浓度为50~250 mg/L时,MDA含量随氯化胆碱处理浓度的增大而降低,POD、SOD活性随氯化胆碱处理浓度的增大而提高;(3)氯化胆碱浓度为250~1000 mg/L时,会导致MDA含量随氯化胆碱处理浓度的增大而增加,POD、SOD活性随氯化胆碱处理浓度的增大而降低。

Abstract: The growth change of plant shoot and plant underground part, and the activities of antioxidant enzymes were studied using oriental hybrid lily‘Sorbonne’as experimental material under the different concentrations of spraying CC. The results showed that: (1) under the spraying solution of 250 mg/L, the index of plant shoot (the plant length, fresh weight of stem and leaf, the leaf length, the leaf width, the leaf thickness) and plant ground (fresh weight of bulbs and circumference) was the largest, the activity of SOD and POD was the highest, MDA content in leaves was the lowest; (2) under the spraying solution of 50-250 mg/L, MDA content decreased with the increase of the concentration of CC, the activity of SOD and POD increased with the increase of the concentration of CC; (3) under the spraying solution of 250-1000 mg/L, MDA content increased with the increase of the concentration of CC, the activity of SOD and POD decreased with the increase of the concentration of CC.
