‘巨峰’葡萄休眠及解除过程糖类物质变化研究

Carbohydrate Changes of‘Kyoho’Grape During Dormancy and Dormancy-release

摘要: 为更好的了解葡萄休眠期糖类物质变化与休眠的关系,本试验以离体1年生‘巨峰’葡萄枝条为试材进行水培监测葡萄休眠过程糖类物质变化。通过液相色谱等方法进行蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、可溶性糖和淀粉、纤维素含量的测定,结果表明,巨峰葡萄在1月6日休眠达到最深,2月5日解除休眠;葡萄糖、果糖、可溶性糖和淀粉含量随休眠加深而升高,解除休眠后葡萄糖、果糖、可溶性糖及蔗糖下降;蔗糖含量则随着休眠的加深而下降,在休眠解除过程中升高;纤维素则在整个休眠中及解除后变化不明显;果糖与葡萄糖在各器官内呈极显著正相关关系;芽、韧皮部、木质部中的可溶性糖含量呈两两极显著正相关关系。

Abstract: To understand the carbohydrate changes of‘Kyoho’grape during dormancy and dormancy-release, in vitro 1 year giant peak grape branches were taken as the material in hydroponic monitoring of the carbohydrate changes during grape dormancy. With liquid chromatography methods, the content of sucrose, glucose and fructose, soluble sugar and starch, and cellulose were tested. The results showed that the deep dormancy of grape was on January 6th, and the dormancy was released on February 5th. The content of glucose, fructose, soluble sugar and starch increased with dormancy deepening, and the content of glucose, fructose, sucrose and soluble sugar decreased after dormancy- release, but the content of sucrose increased with dormancy releasing. The change of cellulose was not significant. The content of fructose was positively correlated with glucose in various organs. The soluble sugar content in buds, phloem and xylem showed significantly positive correlation between the two poles.
