北京地区子宫内膜炎奶牛在围产期前后血液生理生化指标变化

Changes in Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Cows with Endometritis during Perinatal Period in Beijing

摘要: 子宫内膜炎诱导子宫发生炎症从而影响奶牛的生育能力。奶牛的血液生理生化指标在发生子宫内膜炎过程中会发生一定的变化。然而,对于围产期前后患子宫内膜炎荷斯坦奶牛血液生理生化指标变化仍不清楚。因此,我们选取年龄、体重和胎次相近的20头健康奶牛,分别于产前15 d,10 d,5 d,0 d采集其静脉血液,检测其血液生理生化指标。产后,无论是否患子宫内膜炎,在该20头荷斯坦奶牛产后5 d,10 d,15 d跟踪采集静脉血液,检测其血液生理生化指标。通过对比围产期前后患子宫内膜炎荷斯坦奶牛血液生理生化指标相对于未患病奶牛的变化规律,以期为早期预防奶牛子宫内膜炎提供参考。

Abstract: To study the changes of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Holstein cow with endometritis before and after perinatal period, we selected 20 healthy cows whose age, weight and parity were similar as research objects. Venous blood samples were respectively collected 15, 10, 5, and 0 d before parturition, and the blood physiological and biochemical indexes were determined. Whether or not suffering from endometritis, venous blood samples were collected from the 20 cows 5, 10, and 15 d after parturition, and the blood physiological and biochemical indexes were also determined. The differences of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of cows suffering from endometritis with those of healthy cows were analyzed to provide a reference for early prevention of endometritis in cows. The results showed that the number of white blood cells, erythrocyte and hemoglobin in healthy cows decreased significantly (P <0.05). After parturition, the white blood cells, erythrocytes and hemoglobin in diseased cows were disordered, and the number of white blood cells increased significantly. Total protein content in serum was high before parturition, the lowest during parturition, and began to increase after parturition (P <0.05). The content of ALKP in serum increased before parturition, and reached the maximum value (P <0.05) during parturition, and slightly decreased after parturition. The concentration of glucose in blood was low in all the tested cows. Therefore, the cows suffering from endometritis have some changes in blood physiological and biochemical indexes, which are expected to become diagnostic indexes for cow endometritis.
