AM Fungi Affect Actinomycetes Diversity in Continuous Cropping Soil: Research Progress

摘要: 本文分别从丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizae,AM)缓解连作导致的作物减产、提高作物抗逆性、改善土壤理化性质以及维持土壤菌群结构稳定等方面进行综述,详细分析了作物的连作障碍和AM真菌缓解连作障碍的机理以及对土壤放线菌菌群多样性的影响。近年来,针对AM真菌对土壤中放线菌多样性的研究相对较少,并且由于AM真菌不能进行纯培养也限制了其在农业生产生活中的应用。

Abstract: This paper respectively from arbuscular mycorrhizae(AM) fungi relieve crop increase crops resistance caused by continuous cropping, increase crops resistance, improve soil physical and chemical properties and maintain stable structure of soil microflora were reviewed, analyzed the crop of continuous cropping obstacles and AM fungi to alleviate the mechanism of the continuous cropping obstacle and its influence on soil actinomyces flora diversity in detail. In recently, there are relatively few studies on the diversity of actinomycetes in soil by AM fungi, and the lack of pure culture of AM fungi also limits its application in agricultural production and life.
