玉米抗虫研究进展

Research Progress of Maize Insect Resistance

摘要: 玉米作为一种粮、饲和工业兼用的重要作物,随着生物能源、畜牧业以及生物制药等行业对玉米的需求不断增长,我国玉米需求量日益增长。伴随城镇化步伐的加快,农村劳动力不断减少,田间管理粗放,常年连作,玉米虫害呈现上升趋势,加剧了农药的使用量和降低玉米的产量和品质。为了缓解我国玉米虫害和降低农药的使用,本文归纳了玉米虫害的主要种类、危害,防治办法和优缺点;综述了国内外玉米抗虫鉴定筛选,抗虫基因研究,以及转基因抗虫玉米的研究进展,为我国抗虫玉米遗传育种奠定理论基础。

Abstract: Corn is an important crop for grain, feed and industry. With the rapid development of bioenergy, stockbreeding and biopharmaceutical industries, the demand for corn in our country is increasing. Along with the acceleration of urbanization, rural labor force has been decreasing, which resulted in extensive field management and years of continuous cropping, and then the amount of corn insect pest appeared in an upward trend, the pesticides dosage was aggravated, and the yield and quality of maize was declined. In order to alleviate the corn pest and reduce pesticides dosage, this paper sum up the main types and hazards of corn pest, as well as the prevented measures and their advantages and disadvantages; it also presented an overview of screening and identification of domestic corn insect resistance, the research progress of corn insect-resistant genes and transgenic insect-resistant maize, which laid the theoretical foundation for China''s insect-resistant maize genetic breeding.
