甜菜播种与收获机组作业效率的测试分析

Test and Analysis of Work Efficiency of Sugar Beet Seeder and Harvester

摘要:

为了分析甜菜机组作业各环节实际作业时间、辅助作业时间和承接作业时间,优化机组的运用管理,最大化发挥甜菜机械作业潜能,本研究采用跟踪甜菜播种机组和收获机组现场作业,测试、记录相关数据,并对数据进行分析、处理,计算出作业效率。结果表明,甜菜播种机组作业效率为63.99%,甜菜打叶切顶机组作业效率为60.51%,甜菜挖掘装载机组作业效率为64.32%。甜菜机械作业效率已成为甜菜作业机组选型配套、合理运用的重要依据。

Abstract:

To analyze the actual operation time, auxiliary operation time and following operation time for each operation link of tractor-unit of sugar beet, and to optimize unit operation management and maximize the potential of sugar beet mechanical operation, in this paper, field operation of sugar beet seeder and harvester were tracked to test and record the related data, which was analyzed and processed to calculate the working efficiency. The results showed that the efficiency of seeder operation was 63.99%, that of topper operation was 60.51%, and that of digger operation was 64.32%. The operation efficiency of sugar beet machines has become an important basis for the selection and reasonable application of sugar beet operating units.
