不同引进甜菜品种经济性状关系分析

Economic Characters of Introduced Sugar Beet Varieties: Relationship Analysis

摘要:

为了探究不同甜菜品种块根重量、大小、长度之间的差异性,以及甜菜块根个体和含糖率、块根产量和含糖率之间的关系,以5个新疆主栽甜菜品种(KWS1176、KWS9147、BETA379、BETA468、BETA356)为材料,用GB/T 10496-2018中的调查方法测定5个甜菜品种的块根性状、含糖率、根产量和产糖量等经济性状,并分析其相关性。KWS1176、KWS9147、BETA379、BETA468、BETA356之间单个块根重量差异性不显著。块根含糖率表现为:KWS1176(13.62%)> BETA379(13.37%)> BETA468(12.80%)> KWS9147(12.56%)> BETA356(9.04%);块根产量表现为:KWS9147(100000.5 t/hm2)> BETA468 (95000.48 t/hm2)> BETA379(93187.97 t/hm2)> BETA356(89875.45 t/hm2)>KWS1176(82000.41 t/hm2)。KWS1176、KWS9147、BETA356含糖率与个体根重呈正相关,BETA379和BETA468含糖率与个体根重呈负相关;KWS1176、KWS9147含糖率随个体根重增加变化不显著;BETA379含糖率随个体根重的增加而显著降低;BETA468含糖率随着个体重量的增加而缓慢降低;BETA356含糖率随个体根重的增加无明显提高,含糖率和产糖量波动都较大,稳定性较差。不同甜菜品种的含糖率与个体根重的变化规律不同,影响甜菜块根根重和含糖率之间不同关系的因素,还需要甜菜研究者进行更深层次的研究和探讨。

Abstract:

In order to explore the differences of the weight, size and length of root tubers of different sugar beet varieties, as well as the relationship between individual root tuber and sugar content, and the relationship between root tuber yield and sugar content of the same variety, five main sugar beet varieties (KWS1176, KWS9147, BETA379, BETA468, and BETA356) in Xinjiang were used as materials in this study. The economic characters such as root character, sugar content, root yield and sugar yield of the five varieties were measured by the investigation method in GB/T 10496-2018, and the correlations of the characters were analyzed. There is no significant difference of single root tuber weight among the five varieties. The sugar content of root tuber was as follows: KWS1176 (13.62%)> BETA379 (13.37%)> BETA468 (12.80%)> KWS9147 (12.56%)> BETA356 (9.04%). The root tuber yield was as follows: KWS9147 (100000.5 t/hm2)> BETA468 (95000.48 t/hm2)> BETA379 (93187.97 t/hm2)> BETA356 (89875.45 t/hm2)>KWS1176 (82000.41 t/hm2). The sugar content of KWS1176, KWS9147 and BETA356 were positively correlated with individual root weight, and the sugar content of BETA379 and BETA468 were negatively correlated with individual root weight. The sugar content of KWS1176 and KWS9147 did not change significantly with the increase of individual root weight. The sugar content of BETA379 decreased significantly with the increase of individual root weight. The sugar content of BETA468 decreased slowly with the increase of individual root weight. The sugar content of BETA356 did not increase significantly with the increase of individual root weight. The sugar content and sugar yield fluctuated greatly, and the stability was poor. The change rule of sugar content and individual root weight of different beet varieties are different, and the factors influencing the relationship between root tuber weight and sugar content of sugar beet need further research.
