苹果水肥一体化系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Automatic Water and Fertilizer Integration System for Apple

摘要:

在综合利用计算机科学、地理信息科学、面向服务科学等多学科理论、方法和技术的基础上,以物联网、云计算、人工智能和自动控制理论为指导,设计泵房控制终端、田间控制终端、气象站监测终端、墒情监测终端,建立基于气象的水肥一体智能灌溉模型,构建水肥一体智能灌溉云服务系统。依据土壤墒情和气象要素灌溉决策技术的数学模型,形成灌溉方案,通过智慧灌溉水肥一体化系统将方案下发到水肥一体化设备,从而实现灌溉和施肥从科学决策到精准执行全链条的管理。通过应用实例探究其应用效果,并对云服务技术嵌入水肥一体灌溉设备的效果进行了分析评价。实例表明,应用水肥一体智能灌溉设备可达到节水36.36%、节肥26.17%、增产16.67%、苹果优质果比例提升13%,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

Guided by the theories of the Internet of Things, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and auto-control, we comprehensively utilized the methods and technologies of computer, geographic information and service-oriented sciences, to design a control terminal system, which included pump room control terminal, field control terminal, weather station monitoring terminal and moisture monitoring terminal, and constructed an intelligent irrigation cloud service system based on weather. The irrigation scheme would be generated according to the mathematical model of irrigation decision-making based on soil moisture and meteorological elements, and the intelligent irrigation cloud service system would distribute it to the water fertilizer integration equipment, thus realizing the whole chain management of irrigation and fertilization from scientific decision-making to accurate implementation. The result shows that the intelligent irrigation equipment with integrated water and fertilizer can achieve 36.36% water-saving rate, 26.17% fertilizer saving rate, 16.67% yield increasing rate and 13% increase in the proportion of high-quality apples, which has great popularization and application value.
