一株党参根际促生长菌的促生长特性及其挥发性物质对农作物生长的影响

Growth Promoting Characteristics of Rhizosphere Growth Promoting Bacteria of Codonopsis pilosula and Effects of Its Volatile Substances on Crop Growth

摘要:

探讨植物根际促生菌DM11的促生长特性及所产挥发性物质(VOCs)对农作物生长的影响。采用形态、生理生化指标、BIOLOG系统和16S rDNA序列对DM11进行鉴定;通过顶空气相色谱-质谱联用法分析其所产VOCs;利用二分格培养皿法研究VOCs对黄瓜和番茄生长的影响及拮抗作用;并测定菌株促生长特性及对苗的促生长作用。DM11鉴定为塞维瓦尔假单胞菌,具产生长素、嗜铁素、解磷、固氮、耐盐等促生长特性;所产VOCs对黄瓜、番茄生长和诱导系统抗性(ISR)相关指标有促进作用;VOCs种类4种,主要成分1-十一烯对2种农作物具促生长作用,并抑制3种供试病原真菌的生长;黄瓜、番茄幼苗接种DM11后,叶片数、苗高分别增长15.94%、11.63%、7.50%、6.55%。DM11菌株及其所产VOCs具有开发为生物菌剂的潜力。

Abstract:

The growth-promoting characteristics of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strain DM11 and the effects of volatile compounds (VOCs) produced by DM11 on plant growth were investigated. DM11 was identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical indexes, BIOLOG system and 16s rDNA sequence. The VOCs were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS). The antifungal activity and growth-promoting effects on cucumber and tomato of VOCs produced by strain DM11 were studied by the dual culture on two-section of a Petri dish. The growth-promoting characteristics of the strain and its growth-promoting effect on seedlings were determined. DM11 was identified as Pseudomonas thivervalensis, which was shown to produce IAA, siderophore, solubilize insoluble phosphate, fix nitrogen and tolerate salt stress. The VOCs produced by strain DM11 could promote the growth of cucumber and tomato and the indexes related to induced systemic resistance (ISR). There were 4 kinds of VOCs, and the main component 1-undecene could promote the growth of two crops and inhibit the growth of three pathogenic fungi..DM11 can promote the growth of cucumber and tomato, and the number of leaves and seedling height increased by 15.94%, 11.63%, 7.50% and 6.55%, respectively. DM11 strain and its VOCs have the potential to be developed as biological agents.
