100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂防治玉米草地贪夜蛾的田间药效评价

Field Efficacy Evaluation of Broflanilide 100 g/L SC on Control of Spodoptera frugiperda in Maize

摘要:

为进一步探明新型杀虫剂溴虫氟苯双酰胺对玉米的安全性、对草地贪夜蛾的防效、持效期及用法用量,以筛选出不同类型的药剂,为应急防控中药剂的合理选用提供依据。特选用100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂为供试药剂,5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂(以下简称甲维盐)和25%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂为对照药剂防控玉米草地贪夜蛾。结果表明:从草地贪夜蛾防治效果、取食危害指数、产量统计、用药情况综合来看,100 g/L溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂225、300 mL/hm2处理与甲维盐处理相比更兼顾持效性,第1、2次药后21 d,防效都达60%以上,第2次药后21 d,玉米取食为害指数能有效控制在3级以下,药效期可维持到14~21 d,且不影响产量,比对照增产57.31%~59.02%;与乙基多杀菌素处理相比又能达到农药减量的目的,2次施药,农药有效成分每公顷减少使用量30~45 g。建议在实际生产中进一步扩大试验示范及推广,并推荐溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂225~300 mL/hm2用量,间隔14~21 d施药防控玉米草地贪夜蛾,作为与甲维盐、乙基多杀菌素交替使用的优选药剂。

Abstract:

In order to further investigate the safety of a new insecticide broflanilide in maize, the control effect, duration, usage and dosage of the insecticide on Spodoptera frugiperda, so as to screen out different types of insecticides, and provide the basis for rational selection of insecticides in emergency prevention and control. Broflanilide 100 g/L SC was selected as the test agent, emamectin benzoate 5% ME and spinetoram 25% WG were selected as the control agents for controlling Spodoptera frugiperda. The results showed that from the control effect, feeding hazard index, yield statistics and drug use, broflanilide 100 g/L SC 225 mL/hm2 and 300 mL/hm2 were more effective than emamectin benzoate 5% ME, and the control effect reached more than 60% after 21 days of the first and second application of pesticide; 21 days after the second application of pesticide, the injurious index of maize feeding could be controlled below grade 3, and the efficacy period could be maintained for 14-21 days without affecting the yield, which increased by 57.31%-59.02% compared with the control. Compared with spinetoram 25% WG, it could achieve the purpose of pesticide reduction. Two times of application could reduce the use of active ingredients of pesticides by 30-45 g/hm2. It is suggested to further expand the experimental demonstration and promotion in the actual production, and the pesticide dosage of broflanilide 10% SC of 225-300 mL/hm2 should be applied at an interval of 14-21 days to control Spodoptera frugiperda of maize, as the preferred agent to be used alternately with emamectin benzoate and spinetoram.
