Abstract: This paper analyses the situation of rural education . The backward of rural education and low farmers’ cultural quality are the main restricted factors of rural economy development and rural modernization . The development of rural education is the foundation of rural modernization . Developing the rural education and improving farmers’ cultural quality are the very important means and ways of developing rural economy and promoting the course of rural modernization .
