摘要： 土地与人类的生存和发展息息相关，土地资源的可持续利用问题是可持续发展的重要问题。本文介绍了我国西部地区土地资源利用的现状，进一步分析了土地资源可持续利用优势和存在的非持续利用因素，最后，提出了西部地区土地资源开发利用的对策和建议。

关键词: 水稻, 水稻, 低温冷害, 生理功能, 外源物质

Abstract: It has being evidently proved that sustainable development and utilization of the land resources is the core problems in the western development in China. The paper expatiates on the status quo of land resources utilization in western China, analyses the advantage and non-sustainable factors in the utilization of land resources, and suggests countermeasure for sustainably utilizing and developing land resources in western China.
