高温胁迫对黄连生理特性的影响研究

摘要: 对一、二、三、四、五年生的黄连植株在(35±2)℃高温下分别处理0d、3d、6d。测定其几项生理指标,探讨黄连受到高温胁迫后生理生化性状变化特征,为黄连生产管理提供理论依据。结果表明:高温胁迫下不同年龄的黄连体内可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量均增加,且与胁迫的时间正相关;经过6d高温胁迫后,可溶性糖含量最高值比对照增加了1倍,脯氨酸含量增加了7倍。丙二醛(MDA)含量下降趋势,根和叶中均一年生和两年生的变化显著。

Abstract: Coptis chinensis Franch of 1,2,3,4 and 5-age years were given treatment of high temperature (35±2)℃for 0d、3ds and 6ds. the contents of soluble sugar, free proline and MDA in leaves and roots of Coptis chinensis Franch of different years of growth is compared。The results showed that high temperature stress increased the content of soluble sugar and free proline, the soluble sugar had accumulated 1 times more than control and proline 7 times uner high temperature for 6ds. however, the content of MDA decreased in both leaves and roots. We researched the effects of high temperature stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Coptis chinensis Franch ,which provides some theory guidance for production.
