工程项目社会影响评价的回顾与展望

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着社会发展日益强调以人为中心和可持续发展原则，工程项目社会影响评价已越来越得到人们的重视，但目前工程项目社会影响评价尚未规范化。通过回顾社会影响评价的发展历史，归纳了工程项目社会影响评价的概念、内容和方法，探讨社会影响评价中需要解决的重点问题，对未来工程项目社会影响评价进行了展望

Abstract: With the emphasize on the principle of focusing on people and sustainable development ,Social Assessment Impact of project engineering was more and more important .but at present, SIA had not been standarded，in this paper, the author retrospected the history of social assessment ,concluded its concept、content, method ,discussed the key problems, and expected the trend of SIA.
