波斯顿蕨离体培养技术的研究

摘要: 以波斯顿蕨走茎茎尖为外植体研究无菌培养的繁殖方法,结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA0.5,增殖培养基为MS+BA0.7,增殖系数为7.2;孢子体分化培养基为MS+BA1.0+NAA0.5,诱导率可达到92% ;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+BA1.0+IBA0.2+0.1% 活性炭,生根率为100%。

Abstract: using the stem apex of the stolon of Nephrolepis exaltata as explants ,It shows that the most appropriate induction culture medium is MS +BA0.5mg/L,the ratio of induction is 90%.The most appropriate secondry culture medium is MS+BA0.7mg/L,multiplication coefficient was to be 7.2;The most appropriate roots-planting culture medium is 1/2MS + IBA 0.2mg/L + 1.0% Ac,and the rooting rate is up to 100%.
