摘要:

采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)浸种,研究其对萝卜种子活力和抗冷效应的影响。结果发现20%PEG明显促进萝卜种子发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数的提高。低温下,20%PEG处理明显提高幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、过氧化物酶(POD)活性, 明显提高幼苗脯氨酸含量,明显降低丙二醛含量和相对电导率。20%PEG明显提高萝卜幼苗的抗冷能力。

Abstract:

Polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000)was used to study the effect on seed vigor and chilling resistance of radish seedlings. The results showed that 20%PEG significantly enhanced germination potentiality 、germination index 、 vigor index. Under Low temperature, 20% PEG treatment significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the activity of peroxidase (POD), improved proline content significantly ,reduced malondialdehyde(MDA) content and relative electrical conductivity in leaves of radish seedlings. 20% PEG improved chilling resistance of radish seedlings.
